Between 2021 and 2022, I freelanced with the team behind Ouse (ousetoken.com) — a blockchain-based luxury real estate project building tokenized NFT homes for its own metaverse marketplace and game. This one sits outside architecture and BIM entirely: it’s pure 3D modeling, closer to game-asset production than AEC work. I’m still listed as a team member on their site.
My role was building the 3D house and building models themselves — several stylized luxury villas and a hotel, each modeled in Blender with a clean, isometric “dollhouse” look and moody lighting to make them read well as standalone pieces. Once a model was finished, the rest of the Ouse team took it from there: tokenizing it into an NFT and listing it on the platform’s marketplace.
The pipeline and software are different from architectural BIM work, but the underlying skill is the same one this whole site is about: turning a design idea into a clean, well-composed 3D model — whatever the platform.
